回顾：美国“拉夫运河事件”与垃圾填埋

　　拉夫运河事件过去已近40年，但它留给我们的教训与启示，不应该随着时间的流逝而被淡忘。随着城市化步伐的加快，城市垃圾将会大量产生。如何处理这些垃圾，这已经成为了全球共同关注的问题。就中国而言，许多大城市已经处于垃圾的包围之中，如果发生类似事件我们又该怎么办。通过对其他国家所发生的环境灾难的总结，从中吸取经验和教训，这有助于提高我们自身处理类似问题的能力。
